I will provide guidance on recovery, baby care, and adjusting to motherhood, helping you navigate the 4th Trimester with confidence. • 1-2 hours (sessions can be broken up into two 1 hr sessions) • Topics vary and are tailored to your needs o Examples of things discussed during this time can be how to prepare for birth, postpartum, hospital stay, unexpected challenges, breastfeeding, newborn care, newborn safety, emotional well-being, etc • This service comes with a printed book + an 18-month access to the Understanding Your Newborn and Understanding Postpartum Health Care APP o This includes access to information that we will go over in detail such as - Newborn care and safety - Feeding - Infant Development - Diapering - Bathing/dressing - Crying/comforting - Newborn Traits and Behaviors - Questions to ask your baby’s pediatrician
