2. Who can attend the classes?
Expecting moms at any stage of pregnancy are welcome! Partners and support persons can join as well.
3. Are the classes in-person or virtual?
We offer both options! Attend in-person at your preferred location or join via Zoom from the comfort of your home.
4. How do I sign up for a class?
You can register online through our website or email happymomsclub3@gmail.com. I highly recommend booking a FREE 10 min phone consultation to discuss what classes are best for you. Spots are limited, so early registration is recommended!
5. What should I bring to a class?
For in-person sessions, I suggest:

6. Do you offer private sessions?
Yes! We provide one-on-one prenatal coaching for a more personalized experience.
7. Do first responders receive a discount?
Yes! We proudly offer a special discount for First Responders, including police, firefighters, and military. Simply email your valid ID for discount.
8. What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations made 7 days in advance qualify for a full refund or class credit. Late cancellations may be non-refundable.
9. Do you provide postpartum support?
Absolutely! We offer postpartum recovery classes, lactation support, and new mom community meetups to help you navigate early motherhood.
